Steps To Complete
Begin by stitching the four pieces of freestanding lace onto heavy duty water-soluble stabilizer using 40 wt. rayon thread for best results. Once you're done stitching, rinse and dry each piece completely. (Here's more on stitching freestanding lace). |
Next, use either a hot glue gun or a hand sewing needle to adhere the structure together. For best results, we recommend adhering the bottom corners together, then jumping up to the first horizontal bar and connecting up the rest. This will leave a flexible opening at the bottom of the tower that will help with the structure. |
Continue connecting the pieces, one by one using the same method described above. |
Finally, sew or glue the whole structure closed. |
You can glue or sew the very tips of the tower together to finish off the piece. |
There you have it -- your very own Eiffel Tower! Stitch in a variety of colors and sizes to make a French-themed room, or stitch one for your desk for when you need a small escape! |

Bon voyage! |
