We are in the process of updating our entire brand family of websites. The new Urban Threads and Craft Genesis websites have already launched; the Embroidery Library site is coming soon. After we convert to the new site for each brand, you will use one email address and password to log in across all three of our new sites. 

 

 

Here's what you need to know:

  • When you first log into any of our new sites you will be prompted to update your password. This step is to ensure all passwords meet current security requirements.
  • You will then use that email address and password to log into any of the sites in the Embroidery Library family (Embroidery Library, Urban Threads, and Craft Genesis) after we convert to the new site for each brand. (For example, if you have a Craft Genesis account, you will be able to use that email address and password to log into Urban Threads after we convert to the new Urban Threads site.)
  • When you navigate to another site in our family using the circle logos at the top of the page, you will be automatically logged into that site as well (after each new site is active).
  • For your security, you will be automatically logged out of each site after 24 hours of inactivity on that site. If you wish to log out sooner, click the account (person) icon in the top right corner of each site, then click "Logout". You only need to log out of any site you have visited, not all three sites.
  • Your cart, wish list, favorites, and order history will remain separate for each site. Basic profile information such as your name, address, embroidery machine area, preferred embroidery file format, preferred measurement units, and birth month and day will be shared across sites.

 

Here are a few common questions and answers:

What if I’m registered with multiple sites under the same email address, and I want the accounts to remain separate?

The universal login will only affect your login credentials and some profile information; your cart, wish list, favorites, and order history will remain separate for each site. If you want to separate your accounts, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

What if I am registered with different sites under different email addresses, and would like to combine them into one account?

Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and they can merge your accounts for you.

What if I want to continue to shop on your different sites under different email addresses?

There’s nothing you need to do – accounts registered under separate email addresses will remain separate. Just log into each site with the account you wish to use.

What if I don’t want to use or be logged into one of your other sites?

You’ll only be logged in automatically if you navigate to one of our other sites via the circle logos. If you do this and you wish to be logged out, click the account (person) icon in the site header, then click “Logout.” Otherwise, you can simply choose not to visit the other sites via the circle logos and you won’t be logged in.
