Urban Threads Website Update

 

We wanted to update you on a few issues with the Urban Threads website that have been affecting customers. We know some of you have been experiencing difficulties with certain areas of the site, and our team has been working hard to fix things, and we appreciate your patience.

 

We’ve recently made improvements to several of the more common issues affecting customers. These include:

  • One-click download - You can now download all files in an order from your order receipt with a single click -- just look for the "One-Click Download" button on your list of receipts or on an individual receipt.

  • You can adjust your preferences in your profile if you'd like to have color change PDF and/or TXT files included in one-click download, or when downloading multiple designs from your downloads page.

  • Login issues – Addressing issues with locked accounts, leaving you signed in longer
  • Design downloads on mobile devices - Designs now download with correct file extensions (.pes, .art, etc.) instead of .html on phones and tablets
  • Color change sheet printing and PDF downloads – Printed color change sheets are easer to read and take up fewer pages, and PDFs now download directly instead of a print dialog box
  • Order history list – The list of orders in your order history now displays in chronological order by default

Our team is working on fixes to more issues, including:

  • Checkout issues – Resolving issues that occasionally cause orders not to complete
